Drift into a dream at our ocean view haven in Blue Rocks, Nova Scotia! Soak in the hot tub under the stars, unwind by the fire (inside or out!), or bask in the glow of the sunroom. With a sauna for ultimate relaxation and space for 10 guests, this retreat is pure magic. Just minutes from charming Lunenburg, where seaside strolls, boutique finds, and fresh seafood await. Sleep soundly in 2 queens, a king (or 2 twins), a sofa bed, and a daybed that converts into a king. Your coastal escape awaits!

Arrive to our gorgeous property at the end of a private laneway, and the main entrance up one flight of outdoor steps will take you inside. Step directly into the gorgeous sunroom, basking in bright light with ample seating, a games table, and an electric fireplace.

Directly off the sunroom the outdoor space awaits. You'll love the ample deck space and seating, but most of all you will enjoy the hot tub and electric cedar sauna. There is also a outdoor firepit with adirondack chairs, BBQ, and outdoor shower that are available from June through October.

Heading back inside you will continue into the open concept kitchen, dining and living space, featuring a well stocked kitchen with all cooking basics, and a wood burning indoor fireplace.

Upstairs there are two queen beds, as well as a full bathroom.

Heading downstairs you will find another living area with a sofa bed and workspace with desk and chair. There are an additional two bedrooms and half bath as well. The first bedroom features a king bed that also converts to two twins easily. Bedding for both is provided. The second bedroom features a twin daybed.

Guests have private access to the home and it's amenities. There is one closet space reserved for the owners use.

All Over Sea units are strictly non-smoking (including cigarettes and marijuana) and quiet enjoyment suites. We use Neatmo monitoring devices that alert us immediately of any smoking and excessive noise. Violating house rules will result in a $250 charge and possible eviction.
