From the moment you arrive, there is a sense of seclusion. Sweeping ocean views stretch toward the horizon, waves crash against the rocks below, and the surrounding coastal landscape creates the feeling of having your own private corner of Nova Scotia.

Designed for elevated yet relaxed coastal living, the home pairs generous indoor spaces with exceptional outdoor amenities, including a private wood-burning sauna, cold plunge, two ocean-facing outdoor living areas, and a wood-burning fireplace.

Just outside the home, the wood-fired sauna offers an unforgettable way to experience the coast. Firewood is provided — light the fire, let the sauna come to temperature, and settle in while the Atlantic air surrounds you.

For the full hot-and-cold experience, a portable cold plunge is stored in the shed and available for guests to set up and fill during their stay. Afterward, warm up in the sauna or simply take in the sound of the ocean.

Please note that the cold plunge must be filled and emptied by guests with each use. As it is portable and lightweight when empty, it cannot be left outdoors empty.

Step inside to a bright, beautifully appointed open-concept living space where expansive windows keep the ocean firmly at centre stage.

The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly together, creating an inviting space for long dinners, slow mornings, and evenings spent reconnecting. Patio doors extend the living space onto the large ocean-facing porch, where fresh salt air and uninterrupted coastal views await.

Please note that the home does not have air conditioning. Perched high above the shoreline, the property benefits from a refreshing Atlantic breeze, and opening the windows throughout the home creates excellent cross-ventilation. The steady ocean air helps keep the home comfortable while bringing the sounds and fresh salt air of the coast indoors.

At the heart of the living room is a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cool Nova Scotia evenings. Firewood is provided, making it easy to settle in with a glass of wine, a good book, or simply the sound of the waves outside.

The spacious kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for everything from leisurely breakfasts to memorable dinners shared around the table.

A convenient laundry area and powder room are located just beyond the kitchen.

The main-level primary suite is a retreat of its own. A king bed anchors the spacious bedroom, while direct patio access means the Atlantic is only steps away. The spa-inspired ensuite invites you to linger, with a deep soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and an exceptionally spacious walk-in closet.

For families travelling with a little one, the oversized closet also provides a convenient, quiet space for setting up a pack ’n play.

Also located on the main floor is a beautifully appointed queen bedroom with its own Smart TV. A full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the bedroom.

The lower level offers an entirely separate space to unwind, making the home especially well suited to families, couples travelling together, or multigenerational stays.

Plush seating surrounds a large Smart TV for relaxed movie nights, while a dedicated reading nook offers a quiet place to disappear with a book. A collection of board games, cards, and puzzles provides plenty to do on slower evenings or stormy coastal days.

Patio doors open directly onto a second outdoor sitting area. Four Adirondack chairs overlook the ocean, creating one of the home's best places to enjoy morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply sit and listen to the waves.

Two additional queen bedrooms are located on this level and share a full bathroom. Together, the bedrooms and bathroom occupy their own private wing, which can be closed off from the main recreation space for additional privacy.

With four bedrooms - one king and three queens - 3.5 bathrooms, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and room to comfortably spread out, the home balances privacy with plenty of space to come together.

Despite its wonderfully secluded setting, you're within easy reach of some of Nova Scotia's most loved South Shore destinations. Beautiful Bayswater Beach is approximately 10 minutes away, while Hubbards and its shops, restaurants, and quintessential coastal atmosphere are just 15 minutes from the property.
