Tucked away on a quiet rural gravel road just minutes from the shops and restaurants of Tantallon, you'll arrive to beautiful gardens and follow a charming grass pathway to the entrance of the home.

Step inside to a welcoming foyer with space to store coats, shoes, and beach gear before heading into the bright main living area or downstairs. Just off the entry is the first bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen bed.

The heart of the home is the stunning open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space. Floor-to-ceiling ocean views immediately capture your attention, while the modern chef's kitchen is equipped with generous prep space, a six-burner propane range, and everything you need to prepare memorable meals. Relax on the cozy sectional by the fireplace, enjoy your favourite shows on the TV, or gather around the dining table with seating for six. A full bathroom completes the main level.

Step outside onto the spacious deck to enjoy outdoor dining, comfortable seating, and a propane BBQ while overlooking the ocean. (Propane is provided from May through October.)

The lower level offers a second queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a cozy sitting area with a full-size Murphy bed that is left set up for your convenience. You'll also find a second kitchenette, perfect for storing extra groceries and drinks during your stay.

The true highlight of the property is the spectacular outdoor setting. Wander through beautifully landscaped gardens and follow private winding pathways along the shoreline to experience the beauty of Nova Scotia's rugged coast. Enjoy a paddle in our provided kayaks! End your day around the outdoor fire pit beneath the stars. Please note that firewood is not provided, and guests should check the current Nova Scotia burn restrictions before lighting a fire.

Be sure to visit Oceanstone Resort and the Watermark Restaurant, two beloved local gems offering exceptional dining and unforgettable coastal views. Feel like venturing further? Air Conditioning: Please note this home has a portable AC unit in the main living area on the upper level only.

Pets: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs, sorry, no cats. Please ensure your dog remains off furnishings and if they are shedding, do you best to remove any hair prior to departure. A pet fee of $50 applies.
