Welcome to our flat! This beautiful upper flat is located on one of Halifax’s most desirable streets in the South End. Walking distance to Point Pleasant Park and downtown amenities. Features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, formal dining area, and 2 seating areas (a formal sitting area with fireplace and piano, and a casual sitting area with television). The property owners occasionally occupy the lower flat with their lovely dog.

Upon arrival you will ascend an exterior flight of stairs to get to the entryway. Through the front door you will enter to the landing. This is a split entry home. The owners occupy the lower flat and therefore there is a locked steel door at the bottom of the stair case. You will again ascend one flight of stairs inside.

The living room, kitchen, and dining area are located towards the front of the flat. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with en suite and washer/dryer is at the back of the flat. There is a guest bedroom with a double bed, main-unit bathroom, and a family room with cable TV as well. The private patio is located off off the family room.

Guests have access to the upper flat, as well as the private back deck area. The backyard is used by the property owners.

Please keep in mind there is a lower flat that is occupied on occasion by the owners.
