Mount Uniacke Lakefront Cottage

Welcome to our lakefront cottage in Mount Uniacke—just minutes from shops, restaurants, and trails. Nestled on beautiful Pentz Lake, enjoy a spacious backyard with a swimmable dock, kayaks, hot tub, and outdoor seating. A BBQ is available May through October. Inside, unwind in a modern open-concept living space with a large TV, dining area, and electric fireplace. Upstairs, you’ll find three queen bedrooms, a full bath, plus a second full bathroom and laundry on the main level.

Enter through the front door in to the open concept kitchen, dining, and living space. The kitchen is immediately to your left, and is stocked with everything you may need to cook a basic meal, including local Luckett Vineyards olive oil! Just past the kitchen is a dining space for 6, then you are taken in to the living room with a plush sectional, large TV with Netflix, and electric fireplace. There is a spacious full bathroom and laundry room on the main level as well.

Upstairs there are three queen suites as well as a full bathroom.

Off the main level is the outdoor living space with room for lounging and dining. There is a large covered hot tub, and BBQ. A few steps across the lawn you are greeted by beautiful Pentz Lake, which you can easily swim in thanks to the dock. Kayaks are also provided for your enjoyment!

Guests have private access to the entire home.

Mount Uniacke a desirable residential community in East Hantz, about 35 minutes outside of Downtown Halifax. Minutes from the home you will find small retailers, a liquor store, fuel, and much more. There is a heritage museum, walking trails, and a skate park as well!

There is air conditioning downstairs but not upstairs in the home, however, there are fans in the bedrooms.

All Over Sea units are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes and marijuana) and quiet enjoyment suites. We use Neatmo monitoring devices that immediately alert us of any smoking and excessive noise. Should you violate our house rules, you will be asked to leave and charged $250.

Check-In/Out Times: Check-in and check-out times are strictly as stated on the listing. Early check-ins are not possible as they compromise our ability to prepare the home properly. We kindly request you to respect these times and do not request an early check in.
