Mt Uniacke Lakeside Oasis with Hot Tub

Welcome to our lakeside oasis in Mount Uniacke! This newly constructed (2023) cottage is approximately 40 minutes to both Downtown Halifax and Annapolis Valley, and only 25 minutes from YHZ. The cottage was carefully curated for a fun and comfortable stay! Situated on Pentz Lake, soak in the outdoors in our hot tub, by the fire, or of course - in the lake! You’ll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and a very clean space. Three bedrooms sleep six, with two and a half baths.

Enter the home on the main level, where you’ll be welcomed by a pristine, modern space. To your left is the cozy living room, complete with an electric fireplace and Smart TV, including Netflix access.

The open-concept main level flows into the kitchen and dining area, with a convenient half bath nearby. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for basic meal preparation, including freshly ground coffee and exquisite olive oil from Luckett Vineyard. Enjoy stunning lakeside views while cooking with fresh local ingredients.

The dining room opens to the home’s highlight – the outdoor space. The backyard features a year-round hot tub, ample seating, a fire pit with a starter supply of wood, and direct access to the lake. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, or a refreshing cold plunge after the hot tub!

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a king bed and ensuite, and two with queen beds. Another full bathroom and an oversized washer/dryer are also on this level.

Guests have private access to the entire home, hot tub and back yard.

Mount Uniacke a desirable residential community in East Hants, about 35 minutes outside of Downtown Halifax. Minutes from the home you will find small retailers, a liquor store, fuel, and much more. There is a heritage museum, walking trails, and a skate park as well!

Please note that the dock is taken out of the water during the winter months - it is typically put back in around June 1st.

All Over Sea units are strictly non-smoking (including cigarettes, hookah, and marijuana) and quiet enjoyment suites. We use Neatmo Home monitoring devices that alert us immediately of any smoking. Violating house rules will result in a $250 charge and possible eviction.
