Our beautiful beach house was custom designed to resemble a lighthouse with 8 sides climbing 3 stories overlooking Shipwreck Point Lighthouse, fishing harbour and a beautiful white sand beach. The house is designed with comfort in mind with multiple living spaces including the main level great room, second level wet bar and sitting area and the cupola sitting area with 360 degree views up the spiral staircase. The perfect place for couples or multiple families.

The main level living area with it's gorgeous deep turquoise hue has a sitting area with a propane fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The dining table seats 6 comfortably with 3 more seats at the kitchen island. Outdoor casual dining is also an option with various seating types and a picnic table on the lawn. In the open concept kitchen, the cooks are a part of the conversation happening throughout the open living space. The main level also has one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo that is accessible from both the bedroom and the living space.

Up the stairs, the second level reveals a comfortable open lounge space with a wet bar, TV, chairs and sofa. This space can be converted into a 4th sleeping area when the queen sized pull out sofa is used. There are 2 additional bedrooms on this level, one queen bedroom and the kids room with a single bunk over a double bed. Another full bathroom with tub/shower combo and laundry finish off the second level.

Finally, climb the stairs to the cupola with 360 degree panoramic views. Sit with your coffee, glass of wine or a book and enjoy stunning sunsets or just stare at the endless ocean view.

You are steps away from Naufrage Harbour and a less populated white sand beach, but also just a short drive from Greenwich beach and national park or Basin head beach known for it's "singing sands". Just a short drive to Souris for all amenities ( food, drink, pharmacy) and only a short drive to the famous Links at Crowbush Cove, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, sport fishing, kayaking and ceilidhs!
