From the moment you arrive, the setting steals the show. The Confederation Bridge stretches across the horizon from the front of the property, while the opposite side opens toward expansive views across the Northumberland Strait. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing on the screened porch, or settling in for the evening, the coast is always within view.

Inside, The Crossing is spacious, bright, and designed for elevated yet comfortable coastal living. The home features three private bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, plus a generous upper loft with three additional queen beds.

The primary suite is a destination of its own. A king bed sits alongside beautiful views of the Strait, while the private ensuite creates a spa-like place to unwind with a deep soaker tub, oversized tiled shower, double vanity, and generous layout. A Smart TV completes the space for quiet evenings in.

The second bedroom also features a king bed, while the third offers a queen. Each bedroom captures a different perspective of the property’s remarkable surroundings, with windows facing either the Northumberland Strait or Confederation Bridge. Bedrooms two and three share a full bathroom.

Upstairs, the expansive loft adds another unique dimension to the home. Three queen beds provide additional sleeping space, with privacy curtains, a dedicated heat pump, and elevated views toward the Confederation Bridge. It’s an ideal retreat for children, teenagers, or additional guests travelling with a larger group.

At the heart of The Crossing is a spacious living room designed for gathering. Sink into comfortable seating beside the propane fireplace, enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, or simply take in the surrounding coastal scenery. Heat pumps throughout the home, in-floor heating, and the fireplace provide exceptional comfort throughout the seasons.

The large, fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. A breakfast nook seats four, four additional bar stools create casual gathering space, and two beverage fridges provide extra room for wine, drinks, and refreshments.

Just off the living room, the screened-in porch overlooks the Northumberland Strait and is one of the best places in the home to slow down. Start the morning with coffee overlooking the water, enjoy dinner in the coastal air, or settle in with a glass of wine as evening falls over the Strait.

At the front of the home, a second deck looks toward the Confederation Bridge, offering an entirely different view. Few properties provide such a unique perspective — open water and coastline in one direction, and one of Atlantic Canada’s most recognizable landmarks in the other.

Just steps from the front door, community beach access leads to PEI’s famous red-sand shoreline. Explore tide pools as the Strait recedes, let the kids play along the shallow water, take a long walk along the coast, or spend an afternoon enjoying the beach without ever needing to get in the car.
