This newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bath water-view home in New Glasgow is just minutes to National Park beaches, amazing restaurants, and activities for the whole family including world class golf courses and attractions! You will love the countryside feel and uninterrupted views this home provides.
Enter the home through the main level foyer and be met with the first bedroom (queen bed) Â and full bathroom, equipped with a stand up shower and laundry facilities. Climb the stairs and you will reach the upper level where the open concept great room is located with many large windows to allow sunlight and unmatched country views and vaulted ceilings. Cook meals in the modern and bright kitchen which is equipped with all amenities needed for nights in. The dining area has a table for 8, plus the kitchen island has room for 4, providing more than enough room for everyone! Admire the outstanding decor of the living room as you relax next to the electric fireplace. The main level also has the primary bedroom equipped with a king size bed. Also on this level you will find a full bathroom with a soaker tub and stand up shower. The third bedroom (queen bed) can also be found on this level. *Please note the couch does expand to act as an extra sleeping arrangement, although it's more suited for the younger travelers!
Enjoy Prince Edward Island's beautiful sunrises and sunsets from one of the outdoor areas - either the upper deck that is off of the great room which overlooks the river, or from the back patio which is equipped with a brand new 6-seat hot tub and stunning views of the rolling hills.
Just a quick drive away is New Glasgow Lobster Suppers for a true islander experience, PEI Preserve Co. for an amazing breakfast with homemade jams, and Glasgow Hills Course for a world class golfing experience. Centrally located - 10 minutes away is North Rustico, 10 minutes to Cavendish, and 30 minutes to Charlottetown.
