Set on a beautiful corner lot with direct and safe beach access via stairs, this is the perfect spot for families and friends to create lasting memories by the water.

The calm, gentle waters are ideal for children to swim and play, while adults can relax with a coffee and watch passing cruise ships glide into Charlottetown Harbour. Guests often bring their own kayaks or paddleboards and take advantage of the shared boat slip for easy access to the water.

Inside, the home offers over 3,000 sq. ft. of living space, including a waterfront kitchen, dining, and lounge area that flows into a large screened porch with unobstructed ocean views. The porch quickly becomes a favourite gathering space—perfect for evening meals, card games, or simply watching the sunset paint the sky over the shoreline.

The master king suite is tucked away in its own wing, complete with a private sitting area, ensuite bath, and direct access to the deck. The other three bedrooms (one king, one queen, and two twin bed room) are located on the east side of the cottage and share a spacious bathroom with double vanities. A separate family room with a queen sofa bed provides extra sleeping space or a cozy movie room with Netflix and cable.

* Please note, the fireplace and garage are off-limits to guests.
